Fitness and exercise look different for each person! Here at END GAME we structure our fitness programs to cater to each persons individual needs. One of the most important aspects of Personal Training is the "Personal" part so we focus on each client and what they hope to achieve in their fitness journey. Whether you are new to working out or have been exercising for years and are just looking for that extra push END GAME is the place for you. Our trainers specialize in proper Human Movement System(HMS) principles and theories incorporating flexibility training, corrective exercise, compound exercises, HIIT(high intensity interval training), weight management, and power/explosiveness training. Here at END GAME we believe in "Creative Exercise" where knowledge of the human body and strength training meet unique and innovative exercises to challenge the body in new ways. Creative Exercise is designed to make the muscles of the body work together which translates to better functionality in day to day life or performance in your sport of choice.

NUTRITION
One of people's biggest obstacles to reaching their health and fitness goals is nutrition and healthy eating. The simple truth is that you can't outwork a bad diet so gaining control over what you eat is going to be key to becoming your best version. Our staff is here to help you understand how to eat healthy. We will take you through the process of a caloric analysis to see your daily caloric needs and then adjust them to fit your goals. After that we structure meal plans based around the foods you like to eat(within reason). This gives you a day based on real and healthy foods. Your meal plan combined with your workouts will have you at you goals in no time.
And coming soon END GAME MEAL PREP SERVICE. Working with Chefs and Registered Dieticians to make sure its not your normal blah fitness food that everybody hates, we will bring you multiple options weekly to choose from. Let us do all the work in the kitchen while you focus on your goals!
